Breakthrough Sales Performance has developed a Five-Step Process to help our clients transform the way they sell. The 5-Step Process starts with custom BuyCycle Funnel™ Design and Funnel Rules sessions. The BuyCycle Funnel centers on the customer’s buying process rather than the traditional funnel which hinges on salesperson activity. Staging the funnel this way allows the organization to see the eye-opening truth – where sales opportunities really are, and where they should take action. Next, we conduct training for the salespeople who will be using the system and tools. We also train the managers who will be coaching the salespeople, to ensure the team uses the tools effectively. Finally, we install a system for reinforcement. Ultimately, the key to transforming a sales process lies in the ongoing use of the tools. Our system includes a Funnel Audit process that ensures productive, frequent discussion around the sales funnel.
